The Complete BBQ and Craft Beer Experience
On November 21st at 6:30 p.m., head to the Chicago Culinary Kitchen to learn how to make perfect pairings of BBQ and craft beer. Pitmasters Greg and Kristina Gaardbo will walk you through several courses of smoked meats and beer while sharing the basics of food pairing. For $85, taste smoked sausages, ribs, pulled pork, chicken, and brisket along with six different sample pours of the perfect craft beer pairings to complement each course.
